A conventional schedule says when something should be finished. It does not say whether work can proceed on site today. We steer through takt, commitments and constraints.
The method comes from manufacturing and has been proven in construction for years. Areas are cut into takt zones and the trades pass through them in a fixed sequence. More transparency, better coordination and daily performance management on site.
Planning is short-cycle and done by the people who execute. Weekly planning with the trades, binding commitments, consistent follow-up. Whoever makes the commitment is the one who has to keep it.
The most expensive mistake is made in design and paid for on site. We bring users into the design process in a structured way, derive the room programme from the workflows, and test critical sequences before anything is built.
We take on the steering of the workflows, not architectural or structural design under HOAI, and not site management in the sense of the German state building codes.
