Lean Group has once again been recognised as one of Germany’s best consultancies.
At the German Mittelstands-Summit in Frankfurt am Main, Lean Group received the TOP CONSULTANT seal for the third time in a row. With this recognition, Lean Group joins the German consulting elite again in 2022 and may count itself among the country’s leading consultancies.
With its guiding principle of “efficient growth”, the Frankfurt-based consultancy supports its clients in growing efficiently and responding flexibly to market change. The innovative solutions of the Frankfurt experts improve the value creation of industrial and service companies considerably and sustainably — whether at automotive suppliers, in healthcare or in the construction industry.
The award was presented by former Federal President Dr. Christian Wulff, who once again acted as mentor of the competition, and was crowned by a personal handover and congratulations to Lean Group.
On behalf of the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) in Bonn, the participating firms were assessed. According to WGMB, the most important factor was “client-oriented, mid-market-fit consulting”. The basis of the competition was again a survey of mid-sized companies that had already worked with our consultants. The reference clients named by Lean Group provided feedback on, among other things, how professionally our consultants work, how satisfied they are with the consulting work and the results, and whether they would recommend Lean Group’s services. The award was again overseen and assessed by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, professor of management consulting at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, together with Bianka Knoblach. “It is important that consulting firms understand and respond to the specific needs of their mid-sized clients,” says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink.
“We are honoured that our clients value our contribution to their business results and the partnership-style collaboration of our consultants with their organisation. This is a well-deserved recognition for the entire Lean Group and once again shows the professionalism and capability of our team!” says Dr. Christoph Schaller, managing partner of Lean Group GmbH.
