2020 has started as an eventful year for Lean Maritime: the consultancy is celebrating its tenth anniversary!
Right on the anniversary, Lean Maritime has added another location. Alongside the offices in Hamburg and Singapore, the consultants are now also represented in Madrid. Offices in Paris and Miami are to follow soon. But it is not only the team and the geographic footprint that are growing — so is the portfolio.
Learning from the performance culture in elite sport is one of the highlights for Lean Maritime in this anniversary year. The consultants continue to support Erik Heil and Thomas Plößel, the current 49er vice-world-champions and Olympic bronze medallists, on their road to Tokyo.
In September, Lean Maritime GmbH celebrates its anniversary with a specialist conference on “Lean structures in the maritime industry” and expands the Lean Academy curriculum with “Hybrid project management”, which combines industrial taktung with agile structures.
