Productivity in design and construction execution
Complex hospital project: many designers and trades to coordinate within a tight time and cost frame. Lean Group was involved from design through to execution and implemented a Construction Excellence framework tailored to the multi-layered nature of the project. With takt-based planning and optimised flows, productivity was lifted continuously through the design and construction phases.
Fast-build system shortens execution time of commercial buildings
Optimisation of commercial buildings in retail: in close cooperation with the client, Lean Group developed a fast-build system and rolled it out across Germany after a successful concept phase.
