Where we actually work.
Six sectors where we have operational depth — and where we know how the business actually runs on a Tuesday morning. Mandates are anonymised; a reference list is available in the first conversation.
Industrial goods & machinery
End-to-end order delivery. Engineering, manufacturing, assembly.
Special machines, industrial equipment and large facilities are one-of-a-kind under schedule pressure. We work on order costing, engineering flow, manufacturing takt and assembly planning — and make sure that on-time delivery is not built only on the last mile.
Automotive & suppliers
Ramp-up, OEE, line relocation. Under live production.
We work in Tier 1 and Tier 2 plants: platform ramp-ups in parallel across multiple sites, line relocations, stabilisation against volume swings. The OEM sets the takt — operational routine decides whether it holds.
Retail & logistics automation
Automated DCs, robotics, material-flow control.
In retail, the depth of logistics automation defines the customer promise. We work on automated distribution centres, goods-to-person systems and robotics integration — focused on operational KPIs under real volume swings, not idealised states on a slide.
Building & infrastructure
Lean Construction, EPC, major projects.
Money is lost on site, not in the office. Last Planner, takt planning, material disposition. We work with general contractors and owners — from buildings through civil engineering to EPC major facilities.
Process plants & process industry
EPC projects, commissioning, continuous-process plants.
Process plants live on the interface between engineering, procurement and execution — and continuous-process plants live on stable operations. We work with modularisation, takt and Last Planner in EPC, and with OEE and reliability programmes in running process plants.
Electronics & medical devices
High-mix manufacturing, regulated products.
High variant counts, small lot sizes, regulated validation. We work on SMT and final-assembly lines, new-product ramp-up and qualification — without touching the FDA / CE framework.
